Our owners set up Nochii Online Marketing in 2012, a successful online marketing agency based in Amsterdam. What started with a strong focus on search engine marketing, quickly grew into a full marketing package for all our clients. ![Logo-referentie-novhii](https://cccreate.global/hs-fs/hubfs/Logo-referentie-novhii.webp?width=740&height=500&name=Logo-referentie-novhii.webp) 2012 2016 #### A new expertise: remote development At Nochii, a major shortage of affordable developers in the Netherlands was identified. The company's strong ties with the Philippines, where there is a surplus of highly skilled developers, led to the creation of a new label: CodingChiefs. ![codingchiefs picture](https://cccreate.global/hs-fs/hubfs/codingchiefs%20picture.webp?width=600&height=337&name=codingchiefs%20picture.webp) 2016 2020 #### Full focus on CodingChiefs After operating with a wide range of services for a long time, hyper-focus was needed. Nochii was sold to Happy Horizon Agency and all attention went to CodingChiefs, which continued as a separate company. ![CC group pic](https://cccreate.global/hs-fs/hubfs/CC%20group%20pic.webp?width=600&height=400&name=CC%20group%20pic.webp) 2020 2024 #### CodingChiefs becomes the CC.Talent Group The demand for senior tech talent as well as the growing need for innovation in the digital world led to a needed expansion within CodingChiefs. And that even called for a revision of our own identity. To keep up with the changing needs of the market, we continued as the CC.Talent Group: a name that reflects what we stand for even better. ![CC-Talent - Creative and Portrait shots-0523](https://cccreate.global/hs-fs/hubfs/CC-Talent%20-%20Creative%20and%20Portrait%20shots-0523.webp?width=918&height=599&name=CC-Talent%20-%20Creative%20and%20Portrait%20shots-0523.webp) 2024 2024 #### Original values, a fresh look ahead The choice of the name CC.Talent is no accident. 'CC' refers to the old name 'CodingChiefs' and its enduring corporate values. 'Talent' emphasizes how important a good talent-match is. We are not just about technology and coding, we value people just as much! We expanded our range of services to include Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Services in Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe. ![CC.Talent - Professional Portraits-0159 copy](https://cccreate.global/hs-fs/hubfs/CC.Talent%20-%20Professional%20Portraits-0159%20copy.webp?width=1000&height=1500&name=CC.Talent%20-%20Professional%20Portraits-0159%20copy.webp) 2024 2025 #### Launch of CC.Create As our services evolved, clarity became essential. To better serve our clients, we have structured our expertise into distinct labels. **CC.Create** is our development label, delivering end-to-end software solutions and development staffing, built on over a decade of experience and strong roots in the Philippines since 2012. **CC.Talent** focuses on general outsourcing, helping organizations scale and accelerate growth. ![Emerce100viering full zoom-2-1-1](https://cccreate.global/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported%20sitepage%20images/Emerce100viering%20full%20zoom-2-1-1.jpg?width=1000&height=750&name=Emerce100viering%20full%20zoom-2-1-1.jpg) 2025 ##### MEET US WORLDWIDE ## Our global community. ## The Philippines   ## The Netherlands   ## Germany   ## Singapore   ## Portugal   ## Our Social Responsibility.   As an established company, we embrace the importance of giving back.
